Front Desk Hours:
M-F   7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sat   8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Sun   1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

CHECK OUT TIME IS: 1:00 PM.
(You may pick-up during office hours but after 1:00 PM there is a half-day charge.)

There IS a half-day charge for:

  • Sunday pick-up
  • Pick up after 1:00 PM on your checkout day

There is NO half-day charge:

  • If your dog gets a bath on pick up day (Except Sunday)
  • If your dog gets groomed on pick up day (Except Sunday)

Holiday Reservation Policy Applies:

 

  • During all holidays.
  • Spring Break and Fall Break.
The Holiday reservation policy is as follows:

We require a CREDIT CARD to hold holiday reservations, and there is a $75 CANCELLATION FEE
To avoid being charged the $75 Cancellation Fee, you MUST cancel 4 days prior to your arrival date.
