We just got back from our month long car trip from New York to Nashville to Abilene to New Orleans and finally back home. Fenway's stay at your facility was the best by far! He was clean, smelled great, and very happy when we picked him up after his stay with you folks. At the other facilities we boarded him he stunk of urine, his behavior was real jumpy, and he was so clingy for days after. It was very obvious he enjoyed his time with you and was very unhappy at the other kennels. We wish you all were closer - how about opening up a facility here in Up State NY? I'll be your first customer! |

I was able to board my two dogs together in the same kennel so they wouldn't be separated. Both of them are older rescue dogs (one 9 yrs old and one 14); I was nervous because they were never boarded before, and I had to be gone 5 days. The staff took such good care of them; they did not look stressed when I picked them up nor did they smell bad or have any smell at all. They were able to eat their own food as well. The staff was very understanding and caring!!! I definitely will use them going forward. |
