Maddie felt at home

I had debated on boarding one of my cat’s while we were away, and decided to try it last minute. Maddie is a very lovey kitty, so I worried she would be depressed or have anxiety issues by being kept in a kennel for a couple of days and not getting constant attention. I’m glad to report that she was her good ol’ self when we picked her up! The kitty condo’s were roomy enough for her, and I brought in one of her favorite cat beds, so she felt at home. The staff even accommodated her special food routine, which is a plop of pumpkin mixed with her food, at no extra cost. I was so relieved that she was OK being boarded, that we have already set her up for another appointment!

Moose seemed to have had an excellent time

It was Moose’s first time being away from us so we were very nervous but when we picked him up he seemed to have had an excellent time! Love the report card at the end of his stay! He got all A+ (but I’m not bragging) and also we got a picture of our little guy while we were on vacation. So cute! Travis at the desk is so sweet and easy to talk to, which made me feel at ease when dropping of our pup for the first time! We have set up Moose’s next appointment already! Thanks!

Pet Resorts emailed me photos of my dog and cat enjoying their stay

I have never boarded my 5 year old Sheltie and was very apprehensive about how she would react. I chose Pet Resorts and could not have been happier! I also boarded my cat. During my trip, Pet Resorts emailed me photos of my dog and cat enjoying their stay. When I picked them up, they were happy, healthy and, of course, ready to go home. I like that Pet Resorts REQUIRES vaccination records from the vet’s office — you KNOW your furbaby won’t be exposed to sick dogs. I’m a fan forever now!

When our dogs came home, they were smiling :-)

By: Jillian on Google Places

Over the holidays, I was placed in the uncomfortable position of having to choose one of my four furry friends to take to see my extended family and leaving three of them behind here in Nashville. I was saddened and dismayed because they are part of my family, but my mother’s home is very small and not equipped for my furry family members and they would be miserable there. As such, I needed to find a place for them to stay that would be comfortable with people that were kind-hearted and that could care for them the way I would in my absence. It was very important to me that the person in charge of my pet care would be able to watch over them diligently and make sure they were comfortable and happy at all times. Luckily, I chose well. Pet Resorts is seated just outside of downtown Nashville, so it was very convenient for me to check them in on my way out of town. The rates were actually quite reasonable, especially for multiple dogs, and were not much greater than the “friend discount” I get when a friend of mine comes to take care of them at home. I was very pleased by this as they had a lot more room at Pet Resorts as well as time to frolic in their run. I was very impressed by how friendly the staff was and how quickly my dogs took to them. I was not intimidated by the thought of leaving my dogs there and I was even more at ease when I checked in over the holiday weekend to find out that one of the managers had taken the extra step of providing them a blanket and toys because we’d forgotten them. When our dogs came home, they were smiling (you know that doggie smile!) and were tuckered out. They did not exhibit the doggie anxiety I’ve seen in my pets at other times of being outside the home and they were in excellent shape. I will not hesitate to use Pet Resorts of America again and have already booked for upcoming trips out of town. The only concern I have is that I may not be able to book them fast enough as they fill up quickly for holidays. I guess the word has spread that they are just wonderful. Please consider them for your sweet furbabies when you need to take a trip out of town for work, vacation, or emergencies. They were wonderful and accommodating and very, very patient.

I’m happy that Jack and Lucy had been given plenty of attention

By Patrick on Google Places

This was Jack’s and Lucy’s first stay and I will say that from the reservation phone call to pick-up, the staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. Above the excellent service experience, my children let me know that they were well-cared for. They are by nature sociable dogs, but when I picked them up and they ran to me, then Lucy ran back to the gal that brought her out, I knew they had been given plenty of attention. Beyond their smiles, they also looked very healthy. I don’t like to board my kids, but I have found my place in Nashville that will be my only choice for my kids’ sleepovers!

People at Pet Resorts took good care of Roxy and Rambo

by Erin M. on Google Places

I was very happy with my experience - my first time with Pet Resorts. When I picked-up my 2 dogs, Roxy and Rambo, after boarding for the weekend, the lady told me my male was her favorite bc he seemed like the sweet, sensitive type. She said he licked their faces down everytime they saw him. I knew right away that the people at Pet Resorts had taken the time to get to know my dogs and took good care of them. Rambo is indeed the sweet sensitive (70lb) type. He is my favorite too :) He has separation anxiety and historically when I board him for the weekend, he comes home like a skeleton – skin and bones. The facilities in the past say he eats fine, but explain his rapid weight-loss by his severe anxiety of being away from me, and excitement of being around all the other dogs – constantly barking and jumping up and down in his kennel. It breaks my heart to think that he is so upset for the entire 3 days away from me, that he loses 5-6 lbs in just a few days. This time Rambo came home from a weekend at Pet Resorts looking normal, healthy and happy! What a relief!! I’ll definitely board my dogs at Pet Resorts again. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies.

Big fans of Pet Resorts Nashville

By: Susan S on Google Places

Both of our dogs, Gus and Walnut, are fans of Pet Resorts of Nashville, and I was very impressed with everything about your facility and personnel. We recently moved from Dallas, and the only time we have ever boarded our dogs was right before we left Dallas – we have lots of family in Texas and they always took care of our dogs while we were away. Pet Resorts of Nashville was very professional, and I appreciated the fact that you were so “picky” about the veterinary records. It made me feel like our dogs were safe and would not exposed to dogs who might be a threat to their health. Our little dog, Walnut, didn’t seem to like the previous place we had boarded him, but he seemed happy and calm when I picked him up at Pet Resorts, so I was very pleased. Your staff was very professional and made me feel good about leaving our sweet pets in your care. We have already made a reservation for a trip in October!

Sam & Annie love Pet Resorts in Nashville

By: Bill S. on Google Places

Sam and Annie are the two Golden Retrievers in the picture. We have been taking them to Pet Resorts of America for over two years on a regular basis, as we travel extensively. Sam and Annie love staying at Pet Resorts of America, especially since they are together in a double sized kennel area (with an equally large outdoor area available to them from the kennel) They both love the play area, and Sam especially loves the pool. Both of them love the staff, which is very friendly and professional. We never have to worry about Sam and Annie. They are in great hands at Pet Resorts of America. We highly recommend Pet Resorts of America to anyone who wants their pet(s) to be well taken care of and have a good time, while their “parents” are gone.

Hyper-active, untrained dogs

I was very happy with Pet Resorts of America. My two hyper-active, untrained dogs were boarded for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly and personable. I loved that they gave a report card at the end of the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a dog boarded!

Peace of mind boarding Marley

By: Cheryl on Google Places

I was very happy with the services provided for my dog, Marley. With no hesitation, your receptionist was very courteous when I explained my dilemma of having a non-sociable American Bulldog. Most places immediately turned me down at the mention of his breed. It was very pleasing to hear your employees were able to connect with him. Most people are intimidated with Marley due to his size and it made my heart beat with joy to hear the reports from them saying what I already knew about my big, king size bundle of joy. I was afraid since he had not had the chance to be around other people that he would not be sociable, however, the reports I received when I called were very enlightening. I was told he was just a gentle giant, big baby and he enjoyed playing. I would recommend your services to others and would definitely allow Marley to spend more time with you all. I truly appreciate you all putting my mind to rest. Keep up the good work. Cheryl MB
